Office Admin/ office manager/ Front Desk Receptionist
APTI Physiotherapy & Sports Rehab is seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The Receptionist is the first point of contact for our clients and is responsible for providing a warm, welcoming atmosphere, as well as assisting in answering phones, verifying insurance information, and processing payments.
Responsibilities
- Greeting guests, checking to see if they have a valid ID and greeting them in the front office.
- Processing payments and verifying the forms of the patient.
- Calling a customer to confirm their appointment and to take their phone call.
- Following up with any outstanding issues from the previous sales call.
- Assisting the sales team with any additional tasks that may come up during the day, including but not limited to, billing customers, and other administrative tasks.
- Assisting in keeping the front office clean and organised.
- Managing back office billing and handling multiple locations
Experience:
- Previous experience in a customer service role (1 year preferred)
- Proficient in working on juvonno or similar EMR and clinic management systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word & Excel)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Professionalism along with a positive attitude will ensure success in this position.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour
