Overview
Fateh Plumbing is looking for a motivated and tech-savvy Office Admin to join our team. The ideal candidate will focus on lead generation, client follow-ups, and scheduling for plumbing projects. While previous office experience is preferred, we are open to candidates with strong communication skills, basic sales sense, and good computer knowledge who are eager to grow with us. We value professionalism, initiative, and a strong work ethic.
Responsibilities
- Make outgoing calls to generate new leads and book plumbing jobs
- Follow up with clients through phone, email, or text to confirm appointments
- Manage scheduling for the plumbing team and track job progress
- Handle incoming inquiries from Google, website, and social media platforms
- Maintain accurate records using Google Sheets or other office software
Experience
- Prior admin, customer service, or sales experience is preferred
- Strong computer skills (Google Docs, Sheets, Email, online posting) are required
- Excellent phone and communication skills to confidently speak with customers
- Ability to stay organized and manage time effectively under minimal supervision
- Fluency in English is required; Punjabi or Hindi is a plus
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment
