Duties

- Manage inventory, order supplies, and maintain kitchen equipment in optimal condition.
- Train, mentor, and lead kitchen staff, fostering a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth.
- Ensure compliance with health regulations and maintain cleanliness throughout the kitchen area.
- Assist in managing food costs while maintaining quality standards.
Experience
- Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar role within the hospitality or restaurant industry.
- Strong knowledge of food handling techniques, kitchen equipment, and culinary trends.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in team management and training.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
