Duties
- Perform a variety of nail services, including manicures, pedicures, and nail enhancements
- Provide body waxing services as needed
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all work areas
- Upsell additional services and retail products to enhance the client experience
- Build rapport with clients through excellent communication and customer service skills
- Stay updated on the latest trends in nail care and beauty techniques
- Ensure that all tools and equipment are properly sanitized and maintained
Skills
- Proficient in nail care techniques, including manicures, pedicures, and nail art
- Experience with body waxing is a plus
- Strong upselling abilities to promote additional services and retail sales
- Excellent customer service skills to create a positive experience for clients
- Effective communication skills to understand client needs and preferences
- Knowledge of sanitation practices to maintain a safe working environment
- Retail sales experience is beneficial for promoting products
