Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Family Medicine Physician(Arabic/Tigrinya/Amharic speaking ) to join our healthcare team. Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care in a family medicine setting, addressing both acute and chronic health issues.
- Conduct thorough examinations and assessments of patients to determine their medical needs.
- Manage treatment plans, including medication administration and pain management strategies.
- Provide pediatric care and guidance to families regarding health maintenance and preventive measures.
- Utilize electronic health record systems such as Epic and Cerner for documentation and data collection.
- Engage in research activities to enhance clinical practices and improve patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care delivery, including home care services when necessary.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of medical terminology and best practices in family medicine.
Qualifications
- Medical degree from an accredited institution with a valid medical license from CPSA.
- Strong skills in patient care, including effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in medical office experience, including familiarity with electronic health records systems such as MedAccess or AVA.
