As an Ostomy/Incontinence Specialist, you will play a critical role in helping customers with specialized mobility needs. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
As a Mobility Product Expert / Retail Sales Professional - Ostomy/Incontinence Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:
- Become a Product Expert: Gain in-depth knowledge of our Ostomy and Incontinence products to offer expert guidance to customers.
- Customer Service Excellence: Be the face of Mobility 1st, providing exceptional customer service, and answering inquiries in person, by phone, email, or chat with professionalism and care.
- Consultative Sales: Work closely with customers to help them select the right products that meet their specific needs, offering personalized advice and solutions.
- Problem Resolution: Address customer concerns related to product fit, usage, or functionality, ensuring quick and satisfactory solutions.
- Track & Prioritize Issues: Keep accurate records of customer inquiries and issues, prioritizing those with the highest urgency and impact.
- Team Collaboration: Work with the team to streamline processes, improve customer service, and share knowledge on best practices.
- Social Media & Marketing Support: When possible, assist in promoting our brand via social media and online campaigns, showcasing your product expertise.
IDEAL CANDIDATE:

- Fluent in English (French a Plus): English fluency is required; French is a nice bonus.
