Position Summary:
We’re currently looking for an enthusiastic, tech-savvy individual to join our team as a Mobile Phone Repair & Sales Technician. In this role, you’ll deliver top-tier customer service, perform diagnostics and repairs on mobile devices, and support customers in purchasing certified pre-owned devices and accessories.
What You’ll Do:
- Diagnose and repair smartphones, tablets, and other electronic devices
- Perform hardware replacements (screens, batteries, cameras, etc.) and software troubleshooting
- Provide knowledgeable advice and support to customers about repair options and product sales
- Meet sales targets by offering certified pre-owned devices, phone plans, protection plans, and accessories
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety protocols
- Track inventory and maintain accurate records of repairs and sales
What You Bring:
- Previous experience in mobile device repair or electronics is a strong asset (training provided for the right candidate)
- Strong sales skills with a customer-first attitude

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
