Rise and Shine Montessori is seeking an enthusiastic, friendly, responsible and organized ECE/ECEA to join our Centre. We are a small licensed group childcare Centre for children 30 months to 5 years old located in West Richmond. Montessori training an asset. The ideal candidate would work Monday to Friday 9:30 AM-5:00 PM. Salary is $19-26/hour, depending upon qualifications and experience. Work hours are also negotiable.
Responsibilities include:
Maintaining an organized and clean classroom and playground.
Planning themes and implementing activities including art, music, math, language & literacy, science as well as outdoor games.
Working with children, as guided, in small groups or individually.
Attending to the wellbeing of the children throughout the day.
Building and maintaining loving relationships with children and their families.
