Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Repair Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing various appliances and equipment, ensuring they operate efficiently and effectively. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical and electrical systems, along with excellent customer service skills to interact with clients during service calls.
Duties
- Diagnose issues with appliances and equipment through troubleshooting and testing.
- Perform repairs on a variety of appliances, including HVAC systems, refrigeration units, and other mechanical devices.
- Read and interpret schematics to understand the functionality of the equipment being serviced.
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to assemble, disassemble, and repair equipment as needed.
- Provide exceptional customer service by communicating clearly with clients regarding repairs and maintenance.
- Maintain accurate records of service performed, including parts used and time spent on each job.
- Drive a box truck to transport tools and equipment to various job sites as required.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of repair tasks.
Skills
- Proficient in appliance repair with hands-on experience in field service environments.
- Strong understanding of schematics and ability to troubleshoot electrical systems effectively.
- Mechanical knowledge is essential for diagnosing and repairing various types of equipment.
- Previous experience as a delivery driver is a plus for transporting tools and parts.
- Familiarity with refrigeration systems and HVAC technology is highly desirable.
- Proven customer service skills to ensure positive interactions with clients during service visits.
- Experience as a service technician in related fields is advantageous.

Pay: $17.20-$44.67 per hour
