We are seeking a highly organized and client-focused Workplace Experience Meeting and Event Coordinator to serve as the central point of contact for planning and executing flawless corporate events. Your Workplace Experience expertise and commitment to excellence will directly contribute to creating memorable workplace experiences that reflect our organization's professional standards and values.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Conduct comprehensive Discovery Sessions with clients to understand event requirements
  • Subject matter expert, partnering with onsite Catering Team on Catering and Menu planning within budget parameters
  • Create detailed event plans with timelines, checklists, and contingency strategies
  • Coordinate all event elements
  • Provide on-site coordination before, during and after events to ensure smooth execution
  • Conduct post-event evaluations to gather feedback and identify improvement opportunities
  • Maintain proactive communication with clients and internal catering teams throughout the entire planning lifecycle
  • Provide comprehensive on-site event management before, during, and after events to ensure flawless execution
  • Conduct thorough post-event evaluations to capture client feedback and drive continuous improvement initiatives

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Bachelor’s degree or proven experience as an event planner or organizer.
  • 1-3 years of experience in event planning, project management, hospitality, event planning or related field.
  • Excellent time management and verbal/written communication skills with the ability to communicate professionally.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a passion for hospitality.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite + Canva
  • Technically Savvy to support room set-up & AV needs
  • Role requires physical fitness level to accommodate large amount of walking/time on feet; ability to lift 50lbs for moving furniture
