Responsibilities

- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences for each event.
- Develop and manage event budgets while ensuring cost-effective solutions.
- Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers to secure the best rates and services.
- Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and vendors throughout the planning process.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction before, during, and after events.
- Market events through various channels to attract attendees and promote brand visibility.
- Upsell additional services or packages to enhance the overall event experience.
- Manage timelines effectively to ensure all event components are executed on schedule.
Skills
