Duties
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing support.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Manage filing systems to ensure easy access to important documents.
- Answer multi-line phone systems with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette.
- Assist with front desk operations, greeting clients and visitors warmly.
- Provide administrative support, including typing, proofreading, and organizing documents.
- Maintain client records and ensure all information is up-to-date.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance customer support services.
- Handle clerical tasks such as scheduling appointments and managing correspondence.
- Leverage experience in medical/spa or clinical settings to enhance client interactions.
Experience
- Proven experience in an office environment, preferably in a client-facing role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent typing skills with attention to detail for proofreading documents.
- Previous experience as a dental receptionist or in a medical office setting is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications.
