Surgeon's Office in Scarborough requires part-time medical receptionist/secretary for 2-3 days/week. Medical office experience is an asset. Tamil speaking is an asset.
Duties include:
Booking appointments, managing referrals in fast-paced environment
Greeting and assisting patients
Filing, OHIP billings and entering surgical procedures
Answering phone and follow-up calls
Job Type: Part-time
Salary: $18.50 /hour
Qualifications
- Proven medical office experience with a strong understanding of electronic medical records management.
- Proficient in front desk operations and administrative tasks.
- Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and filing procedures.
- Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus.
- Experience with Epic software is advantageous.
- Ability to communicate effectively in Tamil is preferred.
