ABOUT THE ROLE
Join Apex Radiology as a Receptionist and become the welcoming face of our team at Peel Health Campus. We are seeking a compassionate and capable individual who thrives in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment. In this important front-line role, you will support patients and staff by providing outstanding administrative service in a modern medical imaging clinic. Work Days: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, FridayShift Times: Between 7:15am – 5:15pm (8.5 hours/day)
Optional Saturday Shifts: 9am – 1pm
Rostered 4 Weeks in Advance

KEY POINTS
Be the first point of contact – greeting patients with professionalism and warmth
Answer telephone enquiries in a timely and sensitive manner
Book appointments efficiently to maximise availability
Provide patients with relevant preparation and costing information
Be part of positive team including Radiologists, Radiographers, Sonographers, and Nuclear Medicine Technologists

ABOUT YOU
✔ Previous experience as a Medical Receptionist (Medical Imaging, GP, or Allied Health preferred)
✔ A compassionate and calm approach, even under pressure
✔ Excellent attention to detail and accuracy with data entry, EFTPOS, and cash handling
✔ Confident using multiple digital systems simultaneously
