We are seeking a dedicated Medical Receptionist to join our healthcare team, about 30 hours /week for a Family Doctors Practice.
Responsibilities
- Greet patients in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage patient inquiries
- Update and maintain electronic medical records accurately (OSCAR)
- Coordinate referrals to other healthcare providers
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the clinic
Skills
- Proficiency in medical terminology
- Experience with office and front desk operations
- Familiarity with electronic medical records systems
- Previous experience required
Pay: $21.00-$23.00 per hour
