Job description
· Schedule and confirm medical appointments through phone, emails and response to voicemails
•Greeting patients, answering questions, and providing assistance.
- Fax, scan and copy documents
· Communicate and explain prescription and lab requisition documents to patients.
·Maintain confidential medical files and records, both physical and digital
· Handling payments for services rendered.
· Order supplies and maintain inventory for office, lab.
· Other duties may be assigned as needed
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $15.00-$20.00 per hour
