Responsibilities
- Lead and manage regional operations to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.

- Supervise and mentor team leaders to enhance performance and productivity across all locations.
- Oversee project management initiatives to ensure timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
- Drive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align resources and support regional initiatives.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess regional performance and implement corrective actions as needed.
Qualifications
- Proven leadership experience in a managerial role, preferably within a multi-site environment.
- Strong business development skills with a focus on driving sales growth.
- Demonstrated project management capabilities with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with team members and stakeholders.
- Experience in process improvement methodologies is highly desirable.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions based on insights from various sources.
- A bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is preferred; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
