The Material Handling Solutions Specialist plays a key role in supporting Kleton Manufacturing’s growth by leveraging technical expertise and industry knowledge to assist field sales teams. This role helps drive sales by promoting both custom and standard product offerings across diverse distribution networks. By understanding customer challenges and identifying solution opportunities, the Product Specialist helps position Kleton as a trusted leader in material handling solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a national program targeting key industries and niche applications for Kleton Manufacturing solutions.
- Build relationships with industry stakeholders and high-level decision-makers.
- Provide insights on product trends to guide marketing and sales strategies, including national initiatives like Kleton Kustoms.
- Support field sales teams with technical expertise during bids, project scoping, and customer assessments.
- Conduct site visits with field sales team and ensure solutions align with safety and ergonomic standards.
- Deliver product training and represent Kleton at trade shows and industry events.
- Collaborate on the development of customer-driven products and identify opportunities across parallel markets.
Qualifications:

- Good written and verbal communication
- Strong presentation skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
- Bilingual (French and English*), spoken and written. (*) This qualification is required as you will be interacting with partners, vendors, internal/external clients and/or staff across Canada on a regular basis.
