This is a permanent role that will enjoy hybrid working arrangements which can be fulfilled primarily from the Vancity head office location and your Lower Mainland based home office. This role may require you to work in-office at least once a week.
In this role, the Marketing Performance & Insights Analyst will report directly to the Manager, Marketing Performance and Insights.
A typical day would involve:
- Work closely with business stakeholders and marketing colleagues to deliver targeted marketing campaigns to support Vancity’s Member Contact Strategy.
- Design and execute advanced analyses and measurement frameworks to uncover growth marketing opportunities to meet strategic business objectives.
- Build solutions that translate complex data into actionable insights through compelling storytelling and visualizations, while also enabling ongoing tracking and optimization of marketing efforts
- Define KPIs and conduct post implementation reviews to measure success of marketing campaigns & programs.
- Apply organizational risk and compliance standards, policies, procedures and controls to meet regulatory requirements and mitigate risk.
- Deepen knowledge of Vancity’s products, services, and member needs to better support strategic initiatives.
You have:
- Undergraduate degree in Business, Statistics, Computer Science or related discipline
- 3 - 5 years of proven analytics experience.
- Solid research and analytical skills to conduct qualitative/quantitative analysis, using advanced analytics and statistical techniques to generate accurate and meaningful insights.
- Advanced knowledge of business intelligence techniques, data manipulation & data visualization tools such as Microsoft SQL Server, Power BI, Python etc.
- Financial Industry knowledge would be an asset
- Experience working with Google Analytics and marketing automation tools would be an asset.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to work collaboratively
- Exceptional attention to detail

The salary range for the role is $64,500 to $90,000. The upper half of the salary range is typically reserved for individuals who have demonstrated consistent strong performance in the role and possess a high level of job knowledge and skill.
Base pay offered may vary depending on factors such as relevant qualifications, skills, previous experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards package, employees may also be eligible for our annual incentive program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
