Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will develop and implement marketing strategies to promote architectural lighting & smart controls products and services. This role involves market research, brand management, campaign development, and collaboration with sales and product teams. This role requires a blend of creativity and analytical skills to effectively manage campaigns, optimize performance, and contribute to the overall growth of the organization.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Manages company’s social media channels, including Linkedin, Instagram, Pinterest & Facebook
- Designs and Optimizes product catalogues, datasheets
- Develop engaging and informative marketing content, such as brochures, website copy, case studies, and social media posts.
- Optimizing and engaging online content including videos, graphics, monitor and analyze the content success
- Develop and implement digital showrooms, SEO and SEM strategies
- Use Google Analytics, Google AdWords, and other relevant sites
- Bring your own ideas and be creative
- Manage regional shows including booth design, attending shows
- Provide sales teams with the necessary marketing materials, tools, and training to effectively sell lighting products.
- Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and track the performance of marketing campaigns, ensuring they are aligned with overall marketing objectives.
- Brand Management: Ensure a consistent and compelling brand presence across all marketing channels, including online and offline platforms.
- Budget Management: Manage marketing budgets effectively and efficiently.
- Performance Analysis: Track and analyze marketing performance metrics, such as website traffic, lead generation, and sales conversions, to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product development, and other departments to ensure alignment and achieve marketing goals.
Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in digital marketing with a strong understanding of SEO, email marketing, and analytics.
- Must be proficient in the following programs: Adobe Photoshop, MS Excel, Word
- Confident to create contents attract architects and lighting designers.
- A strong understanding of the architecture and construction industry, including trends, technologies, and competitive landscape.
- Excellent research abilities to stay ahead of market trends and consumer behavior.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics and other digital marketing tools is essential.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with an eye for detail, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- A degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
