This role is based out of our Toronto Support Centre (181 Bay Street) Mondays through Thursdays and Fridays are work from home. Reporting to the Senior Director, Practice Marketing, you will be leading the Marketing for an assigned portfolio of Dental Practices working closely with Operations and directly with our Practices to drive growth. You are the face of Marketing to our Practices.

In this role, you will

  • Proactively manage a portfolio of Regional Dental Practices through the use of data and insights
  • Be responsible for ongoing portfolio optimization/marketing funnel/deep dive and results presentations to our Operations teams and our network of Dental Practices
  • You will put in place Competitive practice scorecards (Fee guide/pricing, reputation management, organic placement, paid placement, local presence management, etc.)
  • Leverage patient insights, analytics, and marketing research to inform practice growth opportunities
  • Perform monthly KPI reviews with Operations highlighting opportunities and action plans to drive growth
  • Own the Marketing action plans for the bottom 10 Practices
  • Provide Day-to-day account management of practice portfolios to drive growth
  • Build and nurture Practice relationships
  • Initiate and rollout Practice level rebrands as applicable
  • Be responsible for Complimentary Marketing plan development
  • Provide Yearly practice-level budgeting and playbook development
  • Budget Control Report for your portfolio of practices
  • Proactively contribute to a collaborative and supportive partnership within Marketing and other disciplines including Operations, Finance, Compliance, Real Estate, Talent

What we're looking for

  • Minimum of 5-7 years progressive B2C marketing experience. Experience in healthcare services marketing an asset.
  • Post-secondary education in Business/Marketing or a related field or equivalent experience
  • Self-starter with exceptional project management abilities including managing budgets, vendors and deadlines. Must be able to work independently and with a larger team.
  • Demonstrated strong business judgement and decision-making skills with the ability to identify, prioritize and articulate highest impact initiatives
  • Strong business acumen, analytical abilities, interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Relationship builder: natural ability to develop new and effective relationships with internal and external partners.
  • Ability to leverage patient insights, analytics and marketing research to identify growth opportunities
  • Strong team orientation and leadership through influence skills: understand and promote interdepartmental approach to problem solving; understand the value of bridging communications gaps.
