About Us


The Faculty of Health Sciences is a large, diverse, and comprehensive unit, comprised of seven Schools (Nursing, Kinesiology, Health Studies, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Communication Sciences and Disorders and Food and Nutritional Sciences), a large Interdisciplinary Graduate Program in Health and Rehabilitation Sciences and four Research Centers. The Faculty has more than 4,000 undergraduate students and more than 900 graduate students (200 PhD students).

Responsibilities


The Marketing Coordinator will support email marketing initiatives and other marketing campaigns within the Faculty of Health Sciences.

Qualifications

Education:
  • Undergraduate Degree, in Marketing preferred

Experience:
  • 1-3 years of marketing coordinator experience

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing lead lists and coordinating follow-up communications with prospective students
  • Assisting with the planning and execution of the Faculty’s Professional Program Preview Day
  • Developing and implementing digital advertisements to promote marketing webinars
  • Providing technical support during marketing webinars


Skills, Abilities & Expertise:

  • Familiarity with University policies and procedures preferred
  • Ability to foster collaboration and respect among team members
  • Communication skills with confidence interacting with individuals at all levels of an organization
  • Intermediate computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite, graphic design and video editing
  • Ability to apply creativity, innovation and resourcefulness to daily work
  • Customer service skills with a desire to achieve results in a professional and timely manner
  • Detail-oriented with an ability to function and process information with high levels of accuracy
  • Ability to create a positive impression while interacting with others and responding to inquiries, by telephone, in person or electronically
  • Results-oriented with an ability to handle many tasks and maintain a high level of individual and team performance
