Toronto Education and Employment Agency Ltd. is looking for a dedicated Marketing Coordinator to join us. The ideal candidate will have experience working with branding and social media management. They will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, managing social media accounts, creating engaging content, coordinating campaigns, and monitoring performance metrics to drive brand awareness and engagement. The Marketing Coordinator will also collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure consistent messaging and support business growth.
Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and defining the company’s brand identity, including logo, color schemes, fonts, and overall visual style
- Support the creation of brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all marketing materials and communications
- Help craft the company’s brand voice and messaging for social media, website, and promotional content
- Collaborate with leadership and team members to gather input and ideas for branding and marketing campaigns
- Create and schedule social media content across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Monitor and respond to social media interactions in a timely manner
- Help track and report on social media and marketing campaign performance using basic analytics tools
- Coordinate with team members to gather content and update marketing materials
- Assist in organizing small events or promotional activities
- Assist with light client management duties, including scheduling meetings and following up on client communications
- Perform general marketing and administrative tasks as needed
Requirements
- 1-2 year of wor experience and a strong interest in branding, marketing, and digital marketing including social media management and email marketing
- Familiarity with social media platforms and basic graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Spark, or similar tools)
- Basic knowledge of email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact) is a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Creative mindset with attention to detail and willingness to experiment
- Ability to manage client communication professionally and promptly
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and contribute ideas
- Availability to work flexible hours as needed
- Ability to speak Vietnamese is a plus
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
Ability to commute/relocate:
- North York, ON M2M 3W4: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
Experience:
- Digital Marketing: 2 years (preferred)
