Junior Marketing Coordinator

As a Junior Marketing Coordinator, you’ll be part of a dynamic, fast-paced marketing communications team responsible for leading the strategy and execution of marketing and communications campaigns. You’ll help manage a high volume of diverse projects and analyze performance to drive continuous improvement and stronger outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute a variety of marketing communications tactics including direct mail, email, SMS, web content, and more
• Participate in improving the customer experience through effective communication strategies
• Create detailed marketing communication briefs and collaborate with creative agencies for campaign development
• Work with cross-functional stakeholders (e.g., product, operations, legal, brand) to ensure alignment and compliance
• Collaborate with data and analytics teams to define business rules and refine audience segmentation for targeted messaging
• Analyze campaign performance and recommend optimization strategies

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field
• 2–3 years of experience in a marketing or advertising agency environment
• Strong ability to write marketing briefs and assess creative content
• Experience executing campaigns across multiple channels (email, direct mail, SMS, web, etc.)
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a high-paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with a sharp attention to detail
• Customer-centric mindset with a passion for marketing and technology
• Creative problem-solver who brings proactive solutions to the table
• Experience in the telecommunications industry is an asset
• Bilingual in French and English is a strong asset
