Marketing & Content Coordinator (Social Posting)

The Role (what you’ll own)
Your mission is to publish, schedule, and maintain Swift’s daily presence across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube (Shorts + Community), Facebook, LinkedIn, X, and Pinterest—and keep our content machine organized in ClickUp.
You will:
- Post & schedule 10 items per day across platforms all Platforms
- Format & polish edits/thumbnails/titles/captions to fit each platform (no one-size-fits-all).
- Cut down short clips from source footage (basic editing: trims, captions, hooks, music, on-screen text).
- Design simple graphics (carousels/infographics/story slides) using brand templates.
- Tag, title, and thumb for discoverability (keywords, hashtags, end screens, links).
- Cross-post & repurpose winners into other channels the same day.
- Monitor comments/DMs and escalate product/warranty questions to the right owner.
- Track performance (views, retention, shares, CTR) and drop a quick weekly report in Teams.
- Keep ClickUp clean: every asset has a task, status, and due time. Move finished items to Awaiting Approval (CEO) → Approved → Complete.
What success looks like (first 90 days)
- Daily consistency: zero missed posting windows; content calendar published weekly.
- Packaging uplift: better hooks, titles, thumbs = rising click-through/retention.
- System discipline: everything lives in ClickUp; Monday Hour One is done before the week starts.
- Signal: we know what’s working by platform (simple dashboard + weekly notes).
Must-haves
- 1–3+ years running social posting for a brand or creator (you’ve shipped daily).
- Basic video editing (CapCut, Premiere, or Final Cut) and graphic design (Canva or Photoshop).
- Strong copy instincts: hooks, titles, and captions that don’t waste words.
- Platform fluency: IG, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, X, FB (what formats perform and why).
- Operational rigor: you like checklists, deadlines, and shipping on time.
- On-site only (Whitby). Install and use the mobile apps for ClickUp + Teams.
Nice to have
- Sprout Social (or Meta Business Suite), YouTube Studio, Thumbnail design chops.
- Basic analytics chops (UTMs, watch-time, CTR).
- Interest in hockey gear/performance is a plus.

- ClickUp (tasks, status: In Progress → Awaiting Approval (CEO) → Approved → Complete)
- Microsoft 365 + Teams (comms, KPI check-ins)
- Sprout Social (or native schedulers), CapCut/Premiere, Canva/Photoshop, YouTube Studio
KPIs you’ll track
- Posting consistency: % of scheduled posts shipped on time.
- Packaging performance: avg hook retention (0–3s), CTR on thumbnails/titles.
- Channel growth: weekly net followers/subs; saves/shares per post.
- Turnaround time: idea → published within agreed SLA.

- Everything is in ClickUp; if it’s not in ClickUp, it didn’t happen.
- Monday Hour One planning is mandatory (book your week before it starts).
- Approvals: move tasks to Awaiting Approval (CEO); ship only once approved.
- On-site only (no remote).
Compensation & details
- $20–27/hour (CAD) depending on experience.
- Full-time employee. Standard in-office schedule (10:00–6:00 ET).
- Start date: ASAP.
