As our Human Resources & Office Administrator, you’ll be providing human resources and office administration support — while contributing to the friendly, can-do energy that makes our office a great place to work.

What you’ll be doing:
- Assist with recruiting (job postings, candidate triaging, pre-screen calls, interviews)
- Support the human resources team with employee onboarding, employee engagement and benefits administration.
- Provide administrative support to multiple internal teams, including human resources, sales, service, safety and operations.
- Participate in events planning for external and internal events - events research, planning, coordination, and execution.
- Execute general office administration and housekeeping tasks as needed.
What we’re looking for:
- 4+ years of experience working in an administrative support role.
- 1+ years of experience in recruiting or in a human resources support role.
- Experience using Indeed and Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams and SharePoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, fluent in English.
- Detail-oriented with an ability to multi-task and prioritize.
- Strong problem-solving, time management and organizational skills.
- A confident personality with a good sense of humour.
- Post-secondary education in Administration or Human Resources is a bonus.
