We are currently seeking a full-time Marketing Associate, Intern to join our team!
Hybrid role, on-site requirement 3 days/week
Location - 165 Galaxy Blvd., Toronto ON (Pearson Airport Area)
Position Summary:
The Marketing Associate-Intern will support the Marketing team in various operational and marketing project activities. This role offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a corporate marketing biopharma environment, contribute to impactful healthcare initiatives, and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support with new product launch execution: Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure launch activities are completed successfully
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns: Collaborate with marketing team to develop print and digital content, including social media, email, and other marketing channels. Monitor and analyze Omni-channel performance across various channels to optimize campaigns.
- Plan meetings and events: Help organize internal/external meetings and events, prepare presentations and materials for team and coordinate logistics to ensure smooth execution of meetings.
- Marketing and Patient Support Program (PSP) administration support: Provide support for various projects and internal forms as required.
- Respond to any ad hoc requests from the marketing and sales team, ensuring timely and efficient completion of tasks.
- Provide administrative support as needed
- Work with Excel would be an asset
- Experience in Marketing is an asset
Qualifications:
- Enrolled (4th year at least) or recently completed a program in marketing, communications or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially PowerPoint, Excel, and Word).
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Basic understanding of marketing principles, social media platforms and digital marketing tools is an asset
- Interest in the pharmaceutical/healthcare industry and a strong desire to learn.
