Role Overview
We are seeking a highly creative and design-focused professional to drive content creation and graphic design initiatives within our marketing team. This role will be central to producing visually engaging assets and compelling content that amplify our brand across digital and print platforms. Working closely with the Marketing Lead, you will design graphics, create multimedia content, and craft visual storytelling that enhances campaigns, elevates engagement, and strengthens our overall brand presence.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Design
- Design on-brand graphics for social media, web, print, email, and presentations.
- Create and edit short-form videos, reels, and simple motion graphics.
- Draft and edit copy for posts, campaigns, and promotional materials.
- Maintain brand guidelines, templates, and consistency across all platforms.
Campaign & Social Media Support
- Contribute to content calendars, scheduling, and publishing across social platforms.
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, ensuring timely delivery of assets.
- Support email campaigns, landing pages, and light website updates.
- Track and compile analytics on content performance.
Collaboration & Asset Management
- Organize and manage digital assets, ensuring proper version control.
- Support photo and video shoots, including preparation and light editing.
- Provide general marketing support as needed across departments.
Qualifications & Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in content creation, graphic design, or a related role.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creative design and multimedia skills.
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or Canva/Figma.
- Basic video editing ability (Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Detail-oriented, adaptable, and eager to learn.
- Familiarity with web/CMS tools (WordPress, Webflow, or similar).
- Experience with email/CRM platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.).
- Understanding of social media management tools and analytics platforms.
What Success Looks Like (First 90 Days)
- Deliver a consistent cadence of on-brand content across core channels.
- Launch at least one complete campaign (social, email, or web) from concept to execution.
- Establish a clear system for organizing and tracking marketing assets.
- Contribute to measurable improvements in engagement and brand visibility.
