Building Superintendent/ Maintenance

What does a building superintendent/maintenance do?
- Maintenance requests on residents’ units;
- Small plumbing, small electrical, drywall patching, small carpentry;
- Cleaning of common areas upon request;
- Arrange garbage bins for pickup;
- Unit inspections with management.
Salary information: $23.00 - $24.50 per hour (Salary is dependent on experience and performance).
Previous experience is required and we are open to individuals with previous transferable skills such as: Ability on drywalling, plumbing, electrical, cleaning, carpentry.
