Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge and experience in facilities maintenance, ensuring that all equipment and systems are running efficiently. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work well both independently and as part of a team. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and providing excellent customer service to our guests.
Duties
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment to identify maintenance needs.
- Perform preventive maintenance on the pool and hot tub, all guest rooms, common areas, and the properties.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues as they arise.
- Fabricate parts or components as needed to ensure operational efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a safe working environment.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing concerns promptly and professionally.
Requirements
- Proven mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in facilities maintenance.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English.
- Leadership qualities that promote teamwork and collaboration within the maintenance department.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
