Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation and maintenance of our facilities. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, problem-solving abilities, and strong customer service skills to maintain a safe and functional environment.
Duties
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and facilities to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to mechanical systems, including logic controllers and schematics.
- Conduct inspections of buildings, equipment, and systems to identify potential problems.
- Utilize Maintenance Management Systems for tracking maintenance activities and requests
- Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to maintenance requests from staff and management.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance work performed.
- Pool maintenance, including-repairs, water testing where applicable
- Maintain grounds including snow removal, lot cleaning
Skills
- Proficiency in facilities maintenance practices, including troubleshooting techniques.
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to communicate clearly in English.
- Problem-solving skills with a logical approach to identifying issues and implementing solutions.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00-$17.43 per hour
