Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Lot Attendant to join our team. The Lot Attendant will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive experience for our customers by maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the lot, assisting with food preparation, and providing exceptional customer service. This position requires a proactive individual who can manage time effectively while performing various tasks efficiently.
Duties
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lot, including parking areas and surrounding spaces.
- Assist in food preparation and ensure adherence to food safety standards.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers and assisting them with their needs.
- Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately, demonstrating basic math skills.
- Upsell products to enhance customer experience and increase sales.
- Sanitate work areas regularly to uphold hygiene standards.
- Help with inventory management by restocking supplies as needed.
- Manage time effectively to complete tasks within designated time frames.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory management.
- Knowledge of food safety practices is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Ability to upsell products effectively to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Previous experience in cashiering or food preparation is a plus but not mandatory.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
