Overview
We are seeking for experienced and dynamic Sales Representatives to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth through effective account management and business development strategies. This role requires a strong understanding of customer needs, the ability to negotiate effectively, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Proficiency in Salesforce and experience in outside sales are highly desirable.
Duties
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Utilize Salesforce to track sales activities, manage accounts, and analyze sales data for strategic decision-making.
- Conduct outside sales activities, including prospecting new clients and following up on leads.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to identify market trends and develop strategies that align with business goals.
- Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing any concerns or inquiries promptly to foster long-term partnerships.
- Stay informed about industry developments and competitor activities to effectively position our offerings in the market.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in an outside sales role with a focus on account management.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
- Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software is preferred.
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus, enhancing communication with diverse client bases.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a commitment to exceeding client expectations.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
