Summary
As a Pool Attendant Food & Beverage Attendant, you will be essential in delivering outstanding guest services and ensuring a memorable experience for all visitors. Your core skills in customer service, cash handling, and effective communication will be vital as you interact with guests and manage their needs. With a focus on upselling food and beverage items, your relevant experience in food service and hospitality will enhance guest satisfaction.
Duties
Take the initiative to greet each guest immediately in a friendly/sincere warm acknowledgement. Providing exceptional customer service to every guest, including information about hotel services, activities and local attractions.
Keeping the area tidy and clean
Serving limited menu including drinks
Display professional image at all times through appearance and conduct
Regular attendance is essential to the successful performance of this role, being available to work on a regular basis.
Observe activity and respond appropriately to all safety procedures/standards.
Other duties as assigned by supervisor and/or management, willing to "pitch-in" and help co- workers with their job duties and be an outstanding teammate.
Qualifications
Able to commit to working weekends
Effective verbal and written communication skills. Able to adapt communication style to suit different audiences, efficiently communicating with supervisors, coworkers and public.
Ability to understand and communicate well with guests in English.
Ability to tolerate environmental factors such as humidity, cold/heat, and noise.
Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds without assistance
You are confident in yourself and can upsell
Prior experience in Food & Beverage a must
Serving It Right Certification
Job Type: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 5 months
Pay: $20.61-$22.90 per hour
