In this position, you will be asked to manage various logistics and supply chain tasks, including US & International shipments, Amazon orders, miscellaneous tasks, accruals, and pallet management. The Logistics Coordinator will handle customs issues, manage shipment documentation, oversee order processing, and ensure efficient operations and compliance with regulations. This role requires interaction with different stakeholders to maintain smooth logistics operations and support the company's supply chain needs.
Key Ingredients:- Coordinate outgoing and incoming correspondence, expenses, invoices, etc.; follow up and track status as needed.
- Collect, record and maintain data and schedules. Produce documentations and reports.
- Research available options for supplies, services and/or venues and coordinate as needed after selections are made.
- Provide administrative support to Distribution Manager and Supply Chain Planning team
- Handle customs issues, prior notices, and courier documents.
- Manage yearly CUSMA requirements and biannual FDA registrations.
- Oversee US & International shipment documentation and manage CARM AND CERS portals (Canada).
- Manage orders and returns through the Amazon portal system.
- Order warehouse supplies, process invoices, and submit orders through vendor portals.
- Track finance for monthly accruals and manage warehouse accruals for MHE and building repairs.
- Manage and order CHEP and white wood pallets for warehouse.
- Warehouse office administrative tasks including JHSC, employee files, training records and others that are required.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Logistics, Transportation, Supply Chain or Customs.
- Relevant education in CUSMA, FDA, and US/International Shipment Documentation or equivalent experience.
- Proficient in SAP, Concur, Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Office Suite.
- Strong Prioritization, Organizational skills, detail oriented, strong communication and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
