Overview

Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor, ensuring they feel valued and attended to.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, providing recommendations when necessary.
- Serve food and drinks promptly, ensuring presentation meets our high standards.
- Assist with food preparation and handling as needed, adhering to food safety guidelines.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, utensils, and condiments.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and address any guest concerns.
- Process payments accurately and efficiently while maintaining a positive guest experience.
- Stay knowledgeable about menu items, specials, and promotions to enhance guest engagement.
Requirements
- Previous restaurant experience is preferred, particularly in roles involving customer service or food service.
- Strong understanding of food safety practices and handling procedures.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with guests and team members.
- Experience in serving or barista roles is a plus, showcasing versatility in hospitality settings.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Pay: From $17.20 per hour
