Role Overview:
In this sales role, you’ll handle objections, actively listen, and communicate clearly over the phone to provide top-tier service. Your goal is to convert warm outbound leads—customers who have already shown interest—into sales. You'll also educate customers on financial products, manage multiple conversations at once, and guide them through the sales process. If you're motivated by sales and customer success, this is your opportunity!
NOTE: This is a full-time, permanent, in-office position
Key Responsibilities:
- Convert warm outbound leads into sales (you will be calling customers that fill out an application and are interested in the product— You will not be cold calling)
- Provide financial education to every customer
- Handle multiple customers simultaneously
- Close and guide customers through the sales process
- Effective use of our CRM system. Previous use of Salesforce an asset but not required
What You Should Already Have:
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- At least 1 year of Sales experience in a call center environment (preferably in finance, but not required)
- Previous Underwriting experience is strongly preferred
- Aptitude for working in a team dynamic
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Effective problem solving and critical thinking skills (proactive and reactive)
- Strong communication skills

- Salary of $45,000/year + monthly and quarterly bonus for projected earnings total of $51,000-63,000+ annually

This is a great opportunity to get started in the Finance industry as specific licenses or certificates are not required for this role.
