Building manager position available in Fairfield for a seniors housing complex.

- Lawn Mowing
- Garbage Bin Moving & Clean Up
- Stairwell Cleaning
- Pressure Washing
- Light Carpentry
- Interior and Exterior Painting
- Laundry Room Access & Cleaning
- Minor Renovation Assistance
- Changing Light Bulbs
- Snow Removal
- Computer Skills
Qualifications
- Proficient in English with strong communication skills
- Mechanical knowledge and experience in facilities maintenance
- Experience in a maintenance or building role
- IT skills are an asset
- Microsoft Office skills are an asset
- Criminal Record Check and Vulnerable Sector Check required
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: From $2,097.52 per month
