We are looking for an Experienced Line Cooks to join our team at a unique golf course restaurant open 10 months of the year. From breakfast and lunch to hearty dinners and light snacks, our menu is as diverse as our guests. As a part of our team, you’ll have the chance to contribute your own creativity, help develop daily specials, and make an impact with your culinary skills.

Your Role:

- Manage the line during service, delivering meals on time and up to our high standards.
- Prep and cook food for daily service, ensuring consistency and quality in every dish. Assist with kitchen organization, cleanliness, and inventory management.
- Mentor and support junior kitchen staff as needed.
- Bring fresh, creative ideas to the table for daily specials, new dishes and presentation.
What We’re Looking For:
- A passion for cooking and a desire to grow your skills.
- Willingness to learn new techniques, equipment, and products.
- Up-to-date knowledge of food safety protocols (certification required).
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple tasks.
- Team Player with strong attention to detail, organization, and teamwork.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy items as needed.

Contract length: 10 months
Pay: $20.50-$23.85 per hour
Expected hours: 24 – 40 per week
