Job Overview
We’re looking for a reliable and motivated Line/Prep Cook to join our back-of-house team. You'll play a key role in preparing and executing dishes that meet our quality and presentation standards.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and specifications
- Set up and stock stations with all necessary prep and supplies
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of your station throughout service
- Ensure food is handled and stored safely, following all health and safety guidelines
- Communicate clearly with other cooks, chefs, and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service
- Assist with prep work, inventory, and kitchen organization as needed
- Support the team during busy shifts and jump in where needed
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in a busy kitchen or culinary training is a plus—but a great attitude and willingness to learn go a long way
- Strong work ethic and a passion for cooking
- Ability to stay calm and focused under pressure
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Understanding of basic food safety and sanitation practices

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
