Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our culinary team. Duties
- Prepare ingredients for cooking, including washing, chopping, and marinating as needed.

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including proper food handling and storage.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality food output.
- Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and report shortages to management.
- Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Help with the setup and breakdown of the kitchen before and after service hours.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred.
