Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our culinary team at Chuck’s Roadhouse Bar and Grill. In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering exceptional meals that keep our guests coming back for more. Your skills will contribute to our mission of providing outstanding food and service.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
- Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner while maintaining quality and presentation.
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation to minimize waste.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations.
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a line cook or prep cook in a restaurant setting is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and teamwork mentality.
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices.
