We’re on the hunt for a passionate Line Cook to join our team. If you love BBQ, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and want to be part of something local and authentic—this is your shot.
What You’ll Do
Line Cooks:
- Prep and cook menu items with consistency and care
- Keep your station clean, organized, and stocked
- Follow proper food safety and handling protocols
- Support the team during high-volume rushes
- Take pride in the details—every plate, every time
- Engage in a positive, energetic kitchen culture
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ year of kitchen experience (BBQ or scratch cooking is a bonus!)
- A strong work ethic and a love for culinary craftsmanship
- Ability to multitask and stay cool under pressure
- Team-first attitude and great communication skills
- Food Handler Certification (or willing to obtain)
