Your Role: You will be the central communication hub, working alongside our Service Coordinator and Service Manager as part of a collaborative team of three. Your primary mission will be to efficiently schedule and dispatch our field technicians, ensuring timely and excellent service for our customers.
A Typical Day Might Include:
· Coordinating daily schedules and routes for our service technicians.
· Acting as the main point of contact for customer communication and updates.
· Multi-tasking between phone calls, email, and our dispatch software.
· Problem-solving on the fly to accommodate urgent requests and changes.
· Providing exceptional support, making every customer feel heard and valued.
What We're Looking For:
· A highly organized and proactive individual with a keen eye for detail.
· A computer-savvy professional who can quickly learn new software.
· A proven multi-tasker who remains calm and efficient under pressure.
· Excellent communication skills, both over the phone and via email.
· A reliable team player with a positive, can-do attitude.
· Must have own reliable transportation to and from our offices.
What We Offer:
· Position: Full-Time, Permanent
· Hours: 40 hours per week (includes a 30-minute unpaid lunch)
· Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour (to start, based on your experience)
