Position Overview:
We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic LEGO Club Facilitator to join our team on a temporary, casual basis. This contract-based position involves leading our LEGO club, helping children develop fine motor skills, creativity, and problem-solving abilities while building and playing with LEGO blocks.
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate LEGO Club sessions in an inclusive and engaging manner.
- Assist children with building LEGO structures and support their creativity.
- Encourage teamwork, communication, and positive social interactions among participants.
- Ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment.
- Maintain and organize LEGO materials and supplies.
Qualifications:
- Experience working with children in a group setting.
- A positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
- Patience, creativity, and a passion for working with children.
- Ability to manage a diverse group of children in a fun and engaging way.
- Prior experience in a facilitative or instructional role is an asset.
