What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years professional climbing & rigging experience
- Strong knowledge of safe climbing techniques, pruning standards, and removals
- Obtained or working towards ISA or Ontario Certification considered an asset
- Experience using chainsaws, rigging gear, and bucket trucks
- G License required (DZ/AZ is a bonus)
- Ability to drive a truck & trailer confidently
- Comfortable working at heights in all weather conditions
- Physically fit, motivated, team-oriented, and ready to lead
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Lead climbing crews safely and efficiently on removals, pruning, and maintenance
- Mentor junior climbers and grounds crew to keep the team running smoothly
- Operate ropes, saws, and heavy equipment like our spider lift and chippers
- Help the crew with groundwork and cleanup (everyone pitches in)
- Maintain gear and equipment to keep jobs running efficiently
- Work hard, learn new skills, and have a laugh with the team
