Hudson Tree Services Inc. is a small family owned business. We provide professional and certified tree care from Toronto to Hamilton. We perform services including tree and shrub removal, stump grinding, pruning, deep root fertilizing, planting, cable and bracing and arborist reports.
Job description
New to the industry are welcome. New employees are enrolled as Arborist Apprentices and can attend Humber College. We operate from 7am-4:30 but hours may vary. Daily responsibilities include cleaning of debris while pruning or removing trees and shrubs. Use and maintain chainsaws, chippers, stump grinders, will train to work aloft following Ontario safe work practices.
On job learning
- knots , and rigging used in arboriculture for rigging and working aloft.
- On job procedures utilizing a tailboard to layout your job plan, hazards, mitigations and tasks for the day.
- Chainsaw safety, maintenance and operation.
- Wood chipper and Stump grinder safety, maintenance and operation.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Apprenticeship
Pay: $22.00-$27.00 per hour
