Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Laser Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and a strong understanding of laser technology and its applications in aesthetic treatments. As a Laser Technician, you will be responsible for performing laser treatments, ensuring client safety, and maintaining a clean and sanitized work environment.
Duties
- Perform laser hair removal and other laser-based aesthetic treatments in accordance with established protocols.
- Ensure all equipment is properly maintained, calibrated, and sanitized before and after each use.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client questions and concerns throughout the treatment process.
- Maintain accurate records of client treatments and progress.
- Assist in retail sales by recommending appropriate products to enhance treatment results.
- Uphold cleanliness standards in the treatment area to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for clients.
- Basic clerical skills- phone calls/ emails
Experience
- Previous experience with laser hair removal preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Familiarity with sanitization practices in a clinical or retail setting is essential.
- Experience in retail sales is a plus, as you will be expected to promote products that complement our services.
- A valid certification or training in laser technology or aesthetics is highly desirable.
