Position Overview:
As a Labourer / Swamper / Warehouse Helper, you will assist in residential and commercial moves, loading and unloading trucks, packing/unpacking goods, and supporting general warehouse operations. This is a physically demanding role that offers variety, teamwork, and the satisfaction of helping people every day.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Loading and unloading household and commercial goods
- Wrapping, packing, and securing items for transport
- Assisting drivers and team leads on-site
- Performing general warehouse and cleanup duties
- Providing excellent customer service
- Following company safety procedures and guidelines
Requirements:
- Able to lift 50–75 lbs throughout the day
- Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
- Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in all weather
- Must wear steel-toed boots and appropriate workwear
- Available for early mornings, weekends, and occasional overtime
- Previous moving or warehouse experience an asset, but not required
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
