We’re growing—and bringing our kitchen to life as the newest part of our evolving vision.
Rooted in our core values of connection, quality, and pride in our craft, Grub will deliver food that’s simple but elevated—showcasing fresh, local ingredients and a deep appreciation for our community.
While our kitchen may be compact, we make up for it with creativity, collaboration, and intention. With limited equipment and space, we work smart, stay adaptable, and never compromise on quality.
We’re looking for a Back of House team member who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. You’ll be prepping, cooking, cleaning, and keeping the kitchen running smoothly—sometimes solo, sometimes with a small team—but always with the support of a larger crew who’s got your back. You’ll work closely with fresh ingredients, contribute to a respectful and positive work culture, and take pride in putting out thoughtful food that reflects who we are.
